About Us
We are a small but growing church with a strong community of all ages. Our services are traditional and Christ centered. We sing mostly hymns and time-tested spiritual songs with piano and guitar. Pastors Steve and John preach expository sermons from the Bible. Our theology and practice would be considered conservative and reformed, because we believe that we are to align ourselves with God's principles as given to us in the scriptures. When you attend Rice, come as you feel most comfortable, casually or more formally dressed, and expect to be warmly greeted. You will see Christ lifted up in our song, prayer and preaching and experience a community that encourages each other in our faith and in our daily lives.
